Your satisfaction is our top priority at ARFA AMJAD. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We understand that selecting bedding online can be challenging, which is why we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made bedding, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund or process an exchange according to your preferences.
